Warranty Scope and Conditions

FiberFox determines warranty periods for each product depending on the material, labor, usage rates, and availability of spare parts and provides you with a refund, exchange, or repair service during this period. For items eligible for return or exchange, the request must be submitted within the return or exchange period. Items marked as consumables have no warranty period and we do not provide any repair service.
FiberFox warranty only covers defects resulting from regular use and does not cover problems related to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, electrical power issues, the usage that does not comply with the product instructions, natural events, wrong installation, or malfunctions caused by incorrect operation. For example, repairs by third parties other than Fiberfox authorized service providers.
Any such repair or replacement will not extend the warranty period of the products. The substitute product may be shipped before Fiberfox receiving the alleged non-conforming product at Fiberfox’s sole discretion and upon the request of the customer. In case a non-compliance is detected by FiberFox after a reasonable investigation, the customer may be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price, which includes shipping costs, labor, missing parts, and other related costs.
